On Saturday, April 12, former Socastee High School standout Jay Wrightsman’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Towson Tigers.

The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Patriots Point Athletics Complex against Towson Tigers.
