On Saturday, April 5, former Socastee High School standout Jay Wrightsman’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Elon Phoenix.

The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their second matchup against the Phoenix this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against Elon Phoenix.
