On Wednesday, March 26, former Socastee High School standout Jay Wrightsman’s current college team, the College of Charleston Cougars, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their second matchup against the Blue Hose this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Patriots Point Athletics Complex against Drexel Dragons.
