City of Myrtle Beach: Water And Sewer Rate Will Increase

City of Myrtle Beach issued the following announcement on August 4.

The City of Myrtle Beach’s water and sewer rates will go up slightly in your August utility bills, but will still be lower than other communities’ rates. Check out the attached chart for comparison. Myrtle Beach’s new budget includes a four percent water increase and a five percent sewer increase. Stormwater fees also increase to $7.63 per ERU.
