Georgetown County - SC recently issued the following announcement.
The Georgetown Library will host a reading and book-signing by author Ieshia Tucker, who was born and raised in Georgetown County. Tucker will read excerpts from her new book, "The Lifelines of a Cheating Man: Secrets Exposed." The event is free and open to the public. Ieshia Tucker is a mother and Army Veteran who served her country from 2003-2013, fighting in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She gained her degree in Applied Science with a major in Human Services from Horry-Georgetown Technical College. She currently serves as Human Resources Specialist for Georgetown County. As a native of Georgetown and a graduate of Carvers Bay High School, Tucker has always excelled at, and found refuge in, reading and writing. Taking her passion for motivating others to the next level, she decided to expose it all in her new book, The Lifelines of a Cheating Man: Secrets Exposed. Come to the Library to hear secrets from the book and meet the author in person!
