City of Myrtle Beach: Myrtle Beach's Arts And Innovation District Is Making Progress

Arts

City of Myrtle Beach issued the following announcement on August 9.

Underground utility lines and parking lot improvements are next on the list for Myrtle Beach’s Arts & Innovation District. City Council heard during Thursday’s workshop meeting that bids have gone out for placing the overhead utilities (electricity, phone and cable) underground along Ninth Avenue North and in the parking area behind the buildings. Final pavement work for the public parking will begin this fall, too, as shown in the attached illustration.
