Part of the Library's "1st Thursday" series. Dr. Moss will present on the fascinating history of BBQ in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Based in Charleston, Moss is the Contributing BBQ Editor for Southern Living and the author of five books on food and beverage history, including Barbecue: The History of an American Institution, which was just published in a revised and expanded second edition.
