Horry County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on August 11.
Mr Ray Campelo donated a law enforcement zagboard to the Sheriff’s Office to use at recruiting events, schools, and community events. The zagboard is similar to a corn hole board game.
Mr. Campelo reached out to Sgt. Jeff Benton a few months ago about making the board for our office. They met today and Mr. Campelo presented the board to Sgt. Benton and Cpl. Smith.
We were also honored to be presented with a Running for Heroes metal flag sign for the Sheriff’s Office.
Thank you Mr. Campbelo and Running for Heroes for the generous donations to the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.
