City of Myrtle Beach issued the following announcement on November 4.
Now that the Myrtle Beach city election has passed, remember that temporary political signs must be removed by the candidate or property owner within five days following the election. Signs are not allowed on public property, public rights-of-way or utility poles. City staff will pick up illegally placed signs on public property. Candidates may retrieve signs at the Dumpster behind the City Services Building, 921 North Oak Street.
