Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce: LeAnda Holdridge named vice president of revenue cycle

Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on November 9.

A financial professional with more than two decades of health care experience has been promoted to a senior leadership role at Tidelands Health.

LeAnda Holdridge is now vice president of revenue cycle for the not-for-profit health system. In this role, Holdridge is responsible for strategic development, implementation and operation of the revenue cycle to help promote the financial health of the organization.

Holdridge has 22 years of experience in health care in a variety of roles, including as a licensed practical nurse and in various financial roles at hospitals and health care systems in Georgia and Illinois prior to joining Tidelands Health in 2018 as director of revenue integrity.

“Since LeAnda joined our team, she has quickly become a trusted expert and go-to source throughout our organization,” said Beth Ward, executive vice president and chief financial officer. “She brings practical experience as a front-line nurse combined with extensive expertise in health care finance and administration. Her knowledge, experience, vision and commitment to our patients and team members make her an asset to our organization as we continue to grow and expand services to our patients.”

Holdridge earned a nursing degree from West Georgia Technical College, a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and management from Grand Canyon University and a master’s degree in health care administration from Grand Canyon University.

She is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Revenue Integrity.
