City of Myrtle Beach: MBPD collects 700 pairs of pajamas for children in need

City of Myrtle Beach issued the following announcement on December 28.

Thank you to all who donated! The Myrtle Beach Police Department was able to collect 700 pairs of pajamas for children in need in our community. The community collection was named "Jammies for Jacob and Joe," and took place throughout November and this month. The pajamas have been distributed to children in our schools, the Canal Street after school program, the Family Justice Center, CASA, Help for Kids, Sea Haven and the Lighthouse Youth Services.
