Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on February 22.
Pawleys Island, SC – Quigley’s Pint and Plate, located at 257 Willbrook Boulevard, Pawleys Island, South Carolina 29585 has been named the February 2022 Business of the Month recipient by the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce. This monthly recognition of members of the Chamber is generously sponsored by South Atlantic Bank in Pawleys Island. Quigley’s Pint and Plate has been a member in good standing of the Georgetown County Chamber since 2012.
Quigley’s Pint and Plate opened in March 2007 in Pawleys Island and is owned and operated by partners Josh Quigley, Billy Davis and Executive Chef Joey Johnson. The popular family-friendly restaurant and pub features Lowcountry-inspired comfort foods, appetizers, creative salads, and entrees. In the English pub atmosphere, Quigley’s prides itself on consistently offering a variety of ales and lagers, including specialty brewed seasonal selections, from their in-house brewery. Quigley’s also hosts a daily “happy hour” in the pub area that runs from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, featuring discounted prices on beer, house wines, liquors and appetizers.
The Quigley’s Pint and Plate partners take it upon themselves to give back to the community by being involved in aiding many of Georgetown County non-profit organizations through such things as event sponsorships, donations of food, and hosting fundraising events at their restaurants.

In early 2020 Quigley’s opened a second location, Quigley’s 707 Pint and Plate, located at 11887 Highway 707 in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
Quigley’s Pint and Plate serves lunch and dinner seven days a week. The Pawleys Island location is open from 11:30am to 10:00pm and the Murrells Inlet location is open from 11:00am to 9:00pm. Criteria for Business of the Month recognition:
The criteria considered when selecting a business for the “Business of the Month” acknowledgment is as such: the business must be a Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce member for at least one year and be actively engaged with the Chamber; the business must provide superior customer service and/or products; the business must be considered a successful and professional business by its peers; the business must strive for outstanding public service contribution; and, the business must be locally-operated.
