Autism & Inclusive Workplaces, 9 a.m.

Did you know the unemployment rate for people with autism is 90 percent? Join Becky Large, Greg Rosen, Frank Espinal and Lara Ceisel for a panel discussion that will provide an insight into what employers should consider and expect when hiring and working with people with autism. This session will be in a Q&A format moderated by Becky Large.

Inclusive Leadership, 9 a.m.

This course invites participants to learn about why DEI matters to leaders, explore the six traits of inclusive leadership, reflect on their own identities, and how socialization influences the way in which we interact with each other to improve cultural competency.
