Visitors to the boardwalk, Ocean Boulevard, Arts & Innovation District and surrounding areas are greeted by Gold Cap Ambassadors – friendly individuals who provide hospitality, safety, outreach and cleaning services. The Gold Cap team answers questions and directs visitors to available resources, too. Ambassadors are hired and managed by Block By Block, a company that provides similar services for more than 100 other U.S. cities, including Augusta, Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Wilmington.
