Parking Lot Work Continues Near Nance Plaza

34

On Monday, May 2, a contractor will begin resurfacing the north side of the rear parking lot behind Nance Plaza and Ninth Avenue North in Myrtle Beach’s Arts & Innovation District. The parking lot project will be divided into two sections to allow for parking use during the project. This phase includes: installation of sidewalks along Ninth Avenue North buildings; landscaping medians; soil removal; and, preparative work for decorative stone pavers. During this phase, parking is extremely limited and visitors are asked to park across the street at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot, 851 Broadway Street. Weather permitting, the work is to be completed by July 1.
