City Of Myrtle Beach Launches Emergency Notification System

The City of Myrtle Beach is launching citywide sign-ups for our emergency notification system, Regroup, today.  Why?  This is the quickest and easiest way to keep you up-to-date during city emergencies such as hurricanes and citywide need-to-know information.  The Regroup sign-up gives the user opportunities to choose which Myrtle Beach notifications they wish to receive via text, email and/or phone call.  Those notifications include:

- hurricane and tropical storm updates

- beach and severe weather alerts

- special events

- public health alerts

- public works services (trash, recycling, etc.)

- general city information

- public safety alerts

After you enter your name, address and contact information, you can see how easy it is to choose which notifications you wish to see.  Use the QR code provided in the graphic sign-up for city alerts, or use the sign-up link below.
