MBFD welcomes eight new firefighters to the department | City of Myrtle Beach
Congratulations to the eight new Myrtle Beach firefighters who today graduated from Recruit School 35 during ceremonies at General Robert H. Reed Recreation Center! The eight came to the city as certified EMTS or paramedics, so the recruit school could be shortened to eight weeks. Family members and loved ones pinned the badges on Melvin Alarcon, Russell Anderson, Franco Bacigalupo, Dustin Collins, Andrew Davis, Michael Dwyer, Peter Moskov and Tyler Silva.
