On Sunday, March 30, former Aynor High School standout Rivers Johnson’s current college team, the Marshall Thundering Herd, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Troy Trojans.

The game took place at Riddle Pace Field. This was their third matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Thundering Herd’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Kennedy Center Field against Eastern Kentucky Colonels.
