On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Waccamaw High School standout Jake Monroe’s current college team, the North Greenville Crusaders, won 12-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lee Flames.

The game took place at Ray and Bea Dillard Field. This was their first matchup against the Flames this season.

The Crusaders’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at Abbey Yard against Belmont Abbey Crusaders.
