Have you noticed all of the new road markings lately? The City of Myrtle Beach contracted with Straight Line painting to update the yellow and white lines on city-owned roads around town. In all, the contractor brightened about 55 miles of streets with new pavement stripes. This double-double yellow line is on Broadway Street, in front of City Hall. Looking good! The work is complete for this year, and we did not do state-owned roads, such as Kings Highway.
