CONWAY, SC (August 1, 2022) - The Coastal Carolina National Bank announced the promotion of its newest Business Development Officer at the Main Street branch in Conway, South Carolina.

Vice President Jonathan Payne earned the promotion after starting his career at CCNB in January 2022.

"My new role as Business Development Officer is to originate new business accounts and new merchant service relationships," said Payne. In addition, Payne will be tasked with originating consumer and business loan opportunities, participating strongly in community and civic organizations, working with bank managers and commercial officers. He will also assist bank managers and commercial officers with joint calls and deliver locally owned customer service.

"I love working for a local bank where the decision makers are here locally and they care about the community," said Payne. "CCNB is truly invested in Horry County."

Payne has nearly 30 years of experience in banking. His passion for community is evident as he served at three Chambers of Commerce before relocating to South Carolina.

Currently, Payne serves as an Ambassador for the Conway Chamber of Commerce. You can catch Payne at Ribbon Cutting events, volunteering at Riverfest and participating in Chamber functions.
